Terms of Use

Welcome to WinSkin.io (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and the services of the WinSkin Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”). Please carefully read these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). By using the Site or Project Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Provisions

  1. A User is any individual who has registered and logged in via Steam.
  2. The Project's services include participation in CS2 skin competitions, match tracking, and point accumulation.
  3. Registration is available only through a Steam account, and each User may have only one active account on the Site.

2. Registration and Account

  1. By registering, the User accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  2. To ensure proper service operation, the User must provide:

    • SteamID, Auth Code, Last Known Code
    • A Trade Link for prize delivery

  3. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their Steam credentials and Trade Link.

  4. The Administration reserves the right to block or delete an account if the Terms are violated.

3. User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

  • Participate in point accumulation competitions.
  • Receive notifications about results and update their Trade Link before the competition period ends.
  • Contact support regarding the operation of the Project.

The User agrees to:

  • Not transfer their account to third parties.
  • Not use prohibited methods (e.g., cheats, bots) to artificially increase points.
  • Follow “Fair Play” principles and Valve's fair play policies.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or error-free performance.
  2. The Administration is not liable for temporary connection failures with third-party APIs (Steam, Nickname.gg, Yandex.Metrica).
  3. The Administration does not guarantee prize delivery if the Trade Link is invalid or inaccessible.
  4. The User is responsible for all costs related to Internet access and use of the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site (design, text, graphics, logos) is the property of the Project and is protected by copyright law.
  2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal purposes.
  3. Copying, distributing, or modifying materials without written permission from the Administration is prohibited.

6. Termination of Access

  1. The Administration may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Site in cases of:

    • Violation of these Terms
    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  2. Upon account deletion, all personal data is erased in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Terms may be updated by the Administration. A new version will be published on the Site.
  2. Changes take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation and/or the jurisdiction of the Project owner.
